Arjuna expressed his grief to Krishna - What pleasure indeed could be ours, O Janardana, from killing these sons of Dhrtarastra? Sins could only take hold of us by the slaying of these felons. Therefore we ought not to kill our kindred, the sons of Dhrtarastra. For how could we, O Madhava, gain happiness by the slaying of our own kinsmen? (Geeta Ch.1 - 36 & 37) Further Arjuna also talks several things with Krishna without stopping. :) In 45th Sloka he says - Alas, we are involved in a great sin, in that we are prepared to slay our kinsmen, out of greed for the pleasure for kingdom! .... :) He then drops the bows and arrows and sit hanging his face, but Shri Krishna pats him and wishes to give up unmanliness - wrong reaction at wrong time! But still Arjuna continues argument with Shri Krishna justifying his decision to not fight the war with his own kinsmen. And then finally Krishna says to him: Thou has been mourning for mourning for them who should not be mourned for. Yet thou speakest words of wisdom. The (truly) wise grieve neither for the living nor for the dead. (Geeta 2-11) :) And, then Krishna continues his wisest lectures and preachings on almost all the sects of human and divine existence. Finally Arjuna agrees and finds no way other than seeing the welfare in His refuge alone (Geeta 18.66) and you know how there was a Mahabharat War - the destruction of Kauravas.
Some group of people in this way term above words of Geeta to be scripture of motivating violence. :D Now, what will you do? Did the court of justice grant the degree to them?
Nope! Krishna is always right. We cannot simply allow the foes to flow into rivers of dishonesty, we must fire the arrows of truthfulness and shut the mouth up of the wicked.
Harih Harah!!
